UPDATE: I tried the dog wash again more than a year later. Much cleaner than last time! This is a really great set up and very affordable! Only problem now is that the dog hair dryer still blows cold air and my dog was freezing before I could get her even half way dry. ☹ This just won't do when I have to wash dogs in the winter time, which is when I really need to use their facility.

I tried the dog wash station today, took both my miniature Aussies. I love that they have this, and it could be really great. Great water pressure, comfort grip on the hose unit, several shampoos to choose from but no conditioners. There were shedding brushes and combs, and toenail clippers. BUT...there was a cart for dirty towels but they were all piled up under the unit. The water and soap built up so that my dogs were standing in it, the drains needed to be cleaned. I think what really disappointed me though was that the dryers blow cool air and my dogs were shivering before I could get them dry. I was really looking forward to taking in my sorta dirty dogs and taking home clean, DRY dogs. I really hope they do something about that as I would like to continue using...

i bought a chainsaw the other day john told me that it was brand new i even paid $15 extra for the 1year protection plan. i get to my job to use the chainsaw and noticed that it was a used chainsaw. i took the chainsaw rite away back so that i could get a refund and michael corey would not refund it. says that chainsaw was sold as is. i was felt upset about the situation because there employee john lied to me about the chainsaw being brand new and i feel that i was robbed of my money plus extra $15 for protection plan that i found out didnt protect. then michael corey called the police on me and had me ctd from the property. very unprofessional of them and mindblowed about the whole situation. dont take anything back for refund because michael corey will call the police on you! william was...

I went to the wash station to wash my dog. I fished washing my dog and couldn't find any towels to dry my dog off. I call the store and asked about bringing me a towel and the lady that answered the phone said I needed to pay first then give me a towel and I said I didn't know and she hung up the phone. I waited 10 minutes and didn't bring me a towel. I then got my dog and went to the front and told cashier what happened. He said you need to pay first. I then told him that the website said you pay at the end and nothing saying to pay before to get a towel. This lady that answered the phone was rude and poor customer service and should not have hung up and least brought a towel so I could dry dog off. Very poor...
