This company was the worst to work with! My best friend opened her own salon. Chris Erickson was her sales rep/designer. NEVER WORK WITH HIM! He rarely answers his phone, and is no help either. Our stations came welded wrong so we couldn’t connect them. Had to hire a welder to have them fixed. The hardware was all mismatched and not the correct size. They sent counters without shelves and the counter tops. The “custom cut” counters were all the wrong size and we had to hire our contractor to cut them down to size to fit. The island came scratched. The station counters are the wrong color. Chris changed the color on his copy so they won’t replace them. The swatches don’t match the actual colors. The shampoo bowls won’t drain well. The mirror frames came the wrong color and only one fit the actual mirrors, had to hire to repaint them and weld them to fit. No one would help us. She even contacted Horst, the CEO and he won’t return her calls either. If you want good furniture, do NOT use this company. They’re aware of everything that has gone wrong and won’t return calls. This is by far the worst company I’ve ever...
Read moreTHIS COMPANY IS A BUNCH OF CROOKS, but they are sure are fast to take your money! I placed my order in March 2023, with supposed 14-16 week lead time. After waiting 6 months I asked for my deposit back and to cancel order. I was opening a new salon and was on a timeline! They refused to refund or cancel. All the main phone lines were out of service, nobody would reply to an email. I finally reached out to Maletti in Italy who apparently bought Belvedere. Still not much help. They bullied me into waiting for the order to arrive and when it finally came in NOVEMBER there were damaged parts and it was pure junk quality. Now nobody will help me, I AM DEMANDING A REFUND. Literally every sales person and management has quit. I think this guy Sal Chieffo must be the last man standing, and he isn't very helpful. How...
Read moreWorking with this company was the absolute worst customer experience. Once the equipment was purchased, delivered and installed there were several compliance issues with plumbing and electrical codes. State inspectors would not sign off on any of the equipment until issues were resolved which kept the salon from opening for 4-months. Outside contractors had to be hired to bring equipment up to code after failed attempts to get a response from the company to correct the problems. If I could give them less than...
