I found Nate online and liked the attitude of his website and the food looked delicious. Nate agreed to do a last-minute event. He was flexible in the planning, gave me lots of good options, took care of setting up all the food, serving and cleaning up. Nate arrived at our house at 4:30 with the food which he had purchased and partially prepared and with his willingness to answer any questions we had about foods and how to prepare them. I have been cooking for many years, but have always wanted to learn some new techniques. The next 1 1/2 hours went by quickly. With my newly acquired knowledge I can make a better kale salad, combine 3 kinds of mushrooms with the best seasonings, marinate and roast a chicken to perfection, and much more.
