Beautiful park, but wayyy too many off leash dogs spilling out from the dog park. This is a city park, leashes are required, as it says on every signpost. If you want to give your dog more freedom while still following the posted leash laws, there are 10+ foot leashes available at almost every pet store in town. Buy a long line, be respectful of others. Not every dog wants to play with yours, but they are still entitled to walk in a park without being harassed. One of the few parks that aren't over watered so you can actually sit in the grass without a bag under you to protect your buns from getting soaked.
