White Aspen truly goes above and beyond to ensure that their couples have a stress free and wonderful wedding experience. I recently worked with them as a wedding photographer. I saw first hand how Jessica and her team ran to get an extra cord for a neon sign that the couple had forgotten and was a key part of their decor. The wedding couple had also misplaced the instant camera for their guestbook and Jessica ran home to borrow her daughters camera so the couple would still get the polaroid photos they had planned on.

I'm pretty sure White Aspen did all of this without even telling the couple so they could enjoy their wedding without getting stressed about where the camera might be or asking family to run to the store to buy a USB cord.

I could not have chosen a more perfect venue for our dream wedding! I wanted something smaller and intimate (50 guests), but also wanted it to be stress free. From our first meeting and tour, to my wonderful planning sessions with Gwyn Rider, everything was so seamless. The all inclusive package was incredible! Food was great( Bleu Bite) my wonderful hair and makeup girl , Jessica, was the best, the amazing and sweet officiant Chris Lewis was a dream, my cake was gorgeous and delish( Crumb cakes), flowers were perfect, my photographer Kaley Broberg was so spectacular and most importantly Gwyn Rider as a wedding planner is every girls dream come true!!! I cannot recommend this venue enough! Jessica has created something special here. Thank you for making our day better than we could have...

Disrespectful, disorganized, rude, and rushed... Although we got married during COVID we were met with unnecessary attitude, unhelpfulness, and no care whatsoever. We were expected to pay the full price regardless of knowing if we were allowed to get married there the day of or not. Our pictures were rushed, our videographers only were able to tie in half of our guests, my wife did her own makeup because the trial went so bad, but we still had to pay for it, we weren't allowed a cake or a dinner, we only were allowed time for two dances. Our wedding felt more like a step by step walk through that lasted 15 minutes rather than a special day. Come here if you want complete unnecessary chaos...
