Goodness! Had I seen all these negative reviews, I would never have ordered from this company but thankfully, I did not see them!

I have to admit, they sounded a tad fly-by-night and I was more than a little skeptical to say the least. But I had been searching high and low for cheap decorative birdcages - to keep the birds out! Yes, you read that correctly, to protect my fruit from marauding gangs of birds! I figured if birdcages can keep birds in, then they can keep them out just as well!

LCTC had the best price by far and they are not exactly tiny! Everywhere else, the least expensive are $25 - $35. But this was what made me a little suspicious. The price seemed to be too good to be true. However, despite my misgivings, I was so desperate that I decided to take a chance on them. And I am glad that I did!

The order for three round and two octagonal birdcages was placed on Wednesday afternoon and by Friday morning it had shipped. I got a confirmation and updates as with any other good company and by Friday evening or Saturday morning, the package was at my door.

I opened it a little apprehensively, half expecting to find a pile of dented metal with wires coming loose but was I wrong! The quality of workmanship is really good, especially considering the price. Now the figs on my trees are protected - in style!! And harvesting the fruit is as easy as opening the door!! Ordered a new canopy for our Gazebo on Feb 27th 2018 and we were told it was on backorder and wouldn't ship out til the end of March beginning of April, okay, no problem as Indiana weather can be tricky that time of year and we could wait for it, April comes and goes, still no canopy, called Garden Winds/Lucky Clover trading Co. and the associate said it would be until the middle of May before it was sent out, that it would ship the 14th of May and be to us by the 21st. Well the 21st is here and no shipment has arrived, when I called last week about it, to see if it truly was shipped, another associate said it was in and she would ship it out to arrive on Sunday May 20th which was to my surprise that it would arrive on a Sunday but she assured me it would, still no canopy! When I called a few moments ago, associate told me it was shipping out as we speak, when I asked for a manager, she told me she was management, how long does it take to construct a canopy!!? I told her that if it wasn't in by a week I would cancel my order and she dismissed me with "Have a good Day" and hung up on me! Four of the 36 baskets were defective. The baskets had a hole in it. I will not be able to use those four baskets. This should have been caught during inspection before the company shipped the baskets. The other baskets were in good shape. Also, the sales tax they charge should be based on your state. My state sales tax is 6%. I was charged 11.5% sales tax on my order. The invoice has my state name and the sales tax. However, this is incorrect. No where in the entire state has a sales tax rate of 11.5%. Overall, it would have been nice to receive all the baskets that I ordered in great condition so that I could utilize every basket I was charged for.
