I would avoid the facility like the plague. I have a unit here and have no access, called, was told it's resolved, and, suprise, it's not. Call in and get voicemail. Terrible customer service and no access to your belongings. This is part 2 for anyone reading this due to my inability to respond to their reply. They were very aware of the gate issue before I initially called this time and I received a vm from them acknowledging the gate issue as well as this is a common issue. The gates aren't opening at all. We know we paid, so that's not it. The alarm has been going off since Saturday, which tells me someone could have already robbed every storage unit and been on their way long ago. Our things are literally destroyed. We payed for the a place we thought was safe to turn our memories and things into complete contaminated garbage. I've NEVER seen anything like this before.
