This gym is small, and not too crowded, which is perfect during this pandemic period, plus everyone seems to be very good about sanitizing equipment after using it. The gym is clean, and the owner and trainers are wonderful, kind, and genuinely care about every member that walks through the door (or doesn't).
I really like to push myself and get myself on track before starting group classes or trainings or anything like that, and Courtney (the PT) was really awesome about reaching out to schedule my free consultation, and even more amazing about me postponing for a few weeks. I could tell when I finally did have my consultation though that she was really listening to what my goals are and what I want to get out of being a member at this gym. She had already been paying attention to when I was going to the gym, how often, and about what times, and those little things are how I can tell that this is not just a job and the members are not just income for the business.
I am actually thinking group sessions or individual PT might be something I'd really like here, and can't wait to try them out!
I do hope that as COVID starts to die down, the class options and times will increase, but I like that I can use the studio to do instructed videos of all kinds anytime there aren't classes/trainings going on.
