Last night we came to this establishment with a larger group. No one wants a 25 top walking in without a heads up so we called to give them one. We were told we could not put tables together but that they could accommodate our group size, no problem. Awesome! When we arrived the employee that met us was EXTREMELY annoyed. We let her know that we had called and she responded in the rudest manner that she didn't know anything about that. Ok, fair. Restaurant communication isn't always on point- but we are here so let's make the best of this, right? She said we would have to spilt up - ok, we're good with that. My husband walked in and asked the group "are we splitting up" she was behind him - rolled her eyes and very loudly said "that's all I can do"! Ok then, our bad for talking. A guest in our group went to move two of the tables together - I have been in the service industry for 20 years and I know that guests moving their own tables is a big no no, but she didn't. I was about to tell her we should ask to move them but our friendly host was already SCREAMING across the restaurant at her. The ENTIRE restaurant was looking at her and us. She then walks up to the host stand actually huffing and puffing louder than our children do when they're trold to clean their rooms and rolling her eyes. She then kindly tosses menus on some tables. Not to shock anyone, but we decided against dining there. As I mentioned I have been in the service industry for 20 years, managing for half of that. I have NEVER experienced anything like this in my life! I should thank her for this experience that I will be sharing with my staff and fellow management team as an example of what never to do unless you're looking for immediate termination. One more thanks should be given to them for their poor service - we had an AMAZING experience down the road at Valentinos. Read moreI took my husband here for his birthday with our sons and inlaws. This was in July 2025. Our service was terrible, our waiter cried when they realized my husband did not get his food or one of my in-laws. We decided to leave and I went and WAITED at the bar to pay, knowing I wanted to dispute the bill. After finally paying (and NOT TIPPING ... I was a waitress for many years and understand that not everything falls on them... but outside of taking our order.. not delivering it and then crying at the end ((and this wasn't a young new person))... I decided to pay the bill ONLY and then call to dispute it) I called the following business day. They were closed. I called again and was told they would have someone call me back. THEN I noticed I was charged more than I owed and the wait staff gave themselves over $30 in a tip.. which according to the owner, they didnt have my signature receipt and they do not have a tip minimum. So she ASKED ME TO SEND A COPY OF MY RECIEPT. After multiple conversations with the "owner" I was only refunded my STOLEN tip money. It is absolutely the worst experience I ever had and the text messages from the owner apolozing for her "NEW" staff and hard knocks on owning this type of business, put me out over $200. Total waste. Baffled that the owners only refunded stolen money, and refuse to own up to the fact their business is failing their customers or at least acknowledge WE WERE FAILED BY THEM. Good luck. Read moreUpdate: The owner's response to my review was unprofessional, and they've made that comment to others. They said to me and others that we should post positive reviews too. If they had actually looked at my other reviews, they would see that I do give plenty of positive reviews. How about they just apologize and say they'll try to do better instead of trying to insult those customers? Their condescending attitude towards other people's comments about their service makes me not want to go back and give them another try like I said I would. Original review: This was my second time here, the first time I was solo and sat at the bar. Food was good and service was also good, but sitting at the bar makes it easier for the waitresses. This time, was terrible. I brought my daughter, son in law, and grandkids. It took 10 minutes to get our drinks, and she only came back to the table when I waved get over to ask about our drinks. Waitress was in and out of the kitchen eating or on her phone. Our food was not correct, and there was another table who had the same problem. I think they got our food and we got theirs. Took forever to get the bill after asking for it and when it came, it wasn't our bill. My family waited in the car while I tried to sort it out. For the first time ever in my life, I did not tip.
