From my initial questions about an engagement ring through the purchase of additional wedding gifts and more, Martin Jewelry has been incredible to work with the past year.

Brad at Martin Jewelry provided exceptional service and expertise, guiding me through every step of the engagement ring design and purchase process with warmth and professionalism. And the ring they designed was amazing – my now-wife describes it as “perfect, timeless, elegant, and beautiful”.

Brad was incredibly patient with all my questions and provided great insight into the design we worked on. He was easy to work with and was very communicative throughout the process. He also found me a range of diamonds that were in my budget and they looked great. And I think that’s something to be noted – other places kept pushing the budget envelope, but Brad respected it which I really appreciate but then also found me a diamond that was amazing.

Martin Jewelry also helped us with our wedding bands, which was an easy and enjoyable process and the rings look fantastic as well. Martin Jewelry also supplied some additional wedding gifts and support services – cleaning the rings, soldering them, etc. Everything was priced incredibly fair or provided free of charge – cleaning and soldering. Communication was also quick and consistent throughout the processes.

Martin Jewelry saved us a month before our wedding.

We had been communicating with another jewelry shop to get a custom wedding band done for my wife. We set up a consultation with that shop and go our idea on paper with a quote and began the process of getting the ring made. Everything seemed great and we went about our life. A little bit of time goes by and we don’t here anything back from the shop. We call in to follow up and nothing gets done. This pattern continues until we start to panic because we have one month left until our wedding day and we have zero progress made on her wedding band.

I approached Kendall with Martin Jewelry about our problem. I was expecting him to tell me that time constraints wouldn’t have the ring ready in time for the wedding day. INSTEAD, I was met with a confident yes that Martin Jewelry could absolutely get the job done. Within 24 hour we had a digital mock-up of the exact ring that we were looking for. Martin Jewelry followed up with us constantly with progress updates. Guess what. Martin Jewelry got the ring done with time to spare and accomplished it perfectly.

Oh man………………rate my over all experience?? I can not even begin to describe the compassion, accommodating experience or the professional expertise I experienced during my visit to Martin Jewelry! I was faced with a unique request from a beloved friend while struggling to survive with a terminal cancer diagnosis. She has 3 granddaughters and personal gems (rings) for only 2. She asked if I could help her figure out how to convert a beautiful ruby necklace pendant into a ring for her third granddaughter? Well of course! I knew just the place….Martin’s.
