Here goes…. Poole’s Mill Rods was showing off their latest ‘66 Chevelle build at a local show and I noticed the RTX dash for the 1st time… I already have the HDX kit in my ‘67 and they’re nice but the RTX I seen was truly meant to be for the car… so I went ahead and ordered it. In the past I’ve always consulted with TJ (Tech Dept) on other installs and I was curious if the same control module installed would work so I gave him a call and as always he’s a great help and a great asset to your business.

But! This weekend I had a few questions at your booth yesterday at the Triple Crown Rod Show in Nashville…. Didn’t remember his name, and I won’t get into the details publicly, but if I didn’t already have your products, have such a great experience with TJ, and just purchase the RTX kit, I would NEVER buy another Dakota Digital product for any of my cars or recommend your products…
I highly suggest whoever is in charge of the marketing team I would have an attitude adjustment meeting on the schedule before it effects...
