My friend ordered online for pick up and she was charged but the order did not process correctly. Hoping to check and make sure if the order came through the person on the phone recommended to come in and order. When we arrived one worker, AJ, was working the front alone while the coworker and potential manager Alex was sitting in a chair in the dining area on the phone. A ton of people showed up as it was lunch and AJ was forced to work the entire line alone while Alex was on the phone. We tried to talk to AJ, as Alex was obviously not available for whatever reason, but seeing as he was working alone he did not understand what we were trying to say about the issue but he made our sandwich and passed it off to Alex who eventually made her way up to the front register to help. While still being on the phone, we told her that we ordered online and wanted to discuss the issue more but were unable to due to communication issues from lack of concentration on customers due to being on her cell phone. I have worked at a Subway before and I do know that cell phones, especially personal ones, are not allowed up front. AJ did his best but due to lack of support from his coworker he was unable to help us further than our sandwich. My friend ended up paying for her sandwich and got told that her refund "should take a day" without any more information on what she can do if they charge her twice.

One was a smaller young man, probably a teen, a taller young man, probably an older teen, and a woman who was bigger build, dark hair and olive complexion. This woman had the worst attitude I've seen in a long while. She was rolling her eyes at us, looked completely irritated that she had to make us sandwiches. As soon as she was done starting our sandwiches, she closed the glass and walked to the back. The other two finished us up. The boys were left trying to make us feel better. Got there and the lady was confused I showed her my order and my bank account were there was payment taken and the address of the location and she confirmed the address was correct. She said they had no order and I'd have to pay for another sandwich. I was in a hurry so I said just make the sandwich and she then said I was suppose to pay again for the sandwich.
