I accompanied my sister to urgent care and Dr. Anita Singh was assigned to her. Dr. Singh was cold, lacked compassion and showed inappriproate bedside manner. She didnt communicate to my sister as tests were run. She belittled her with sly comments and she was generally not helpful. Initially I thought I was imagining how rude she was and thought maybe she just had low energy. By the time we were leaving Dr. Singh had displayed overt rude behaviors and we left with more questions than answers. I could see my sister's hands literally shaking with nervousness in speaking with Dr. Singh. Overall horrible experience. Anyone who has given are star more than one must be a friend of Dr. Singh’s. If I could give her 0 stars I would. Today, unfortunately was my second time having her as our Dr. at Florham Park urgent care. Just as our first visit she came in with a miserable look on her face. My son is 6. I consulted Dr. Singh when I suspected I might have a hernia, and was very happy with the care I received. My situation wasn’t straightforward because I have a complicated medical history that included pre-existing abdominal trauma. Dr. Singh was very knowledgeable, patient, and caring. I’ve found many doctors treat you as if they don’t see you as a real person and barely listen to what you have to say. Dr. Singh wasn’t like that at all.
