Mattress Land — Local services in Berlin

My 90 year old aunt purchased a new mattress. She slept on it one night and found it to be very uncomfortable. She called and asked to exchange it for a softer one which was the exact same price. Mattress land charged her $150 . She is on a very limited income and just moved in to an assisted living facility. Mattress land brought her the new mattress and loaded the old one into their vehicle. Employees of the assisted-living facility watched them drive around the building and sell the returned mattress to another patient at the facility. What a class act.
