After 6 years of service, I bought the house from my brother and had the account switched to my name. After 1 deliver, 1 service, and one technical call since the switch, I called after hours to order oil. I was told I was on their list, so I put it out of my mind. Fast forward 3 weeks to the zero degree weather and me waking up frozen. After calling and talking to 3 people, they have no record of my account and 3 people didn't try to solve the problem. They let me get off the phone and switch to orange oil, and the most pleasant customer service I've experienced in a long time.. they were at my house within 4 hours. Read moreCall on 2/18 to order fuel because we were really low and am told they'd be there Thursday. Call on Thursday asking when they are coming. Employee lies to my face saying she said it would be a week out when I called and they'd be here on 2/24.
It's now 5:16pm on 2/24 and no delivery. Tried calling at 3:30 to see when they might be here i had to leave a message and was not called back.
