CVS — Local services in Berwick

Would give a five star review. Staff is extremely helpful & kind. There is a younger women with short hair and she is always extremely kind to customers. Another gentlemen with glasses who is always extremely nice. If I could give those two raises, I absolutely would. On the other hand, there is one women who is incredibly rude. I’m in this store at least 3 times a week minimum- she has short blonde wavy hair, she’s on the heavier side, no offense- mid 30-40’s in age. No glasses or anything. She is so rude! Not just once, but multiple occasions. She seems to always be doing anything but her job when I go in. Multiple times I have seen her being friendly to people she clearly knows, leaving other staff to deal with customers while she chats with her friends for 20-30 minutes. You can see her kids instantly shift whenever I walk in there, and other customers as well. She gives extremely dirty looks anytime I walk in the store. One time I saw a younger gentlemen waiting in line to purchase diapers. She proceeded to ignore him for other customers when he was FIRST in line. After being ignored and standing in line for 10-15 minutes, he ended up walking out with the diapers(can’t say I blame him) and she didn’t even notice! I went to get photos printed because my grandmother recently passed and it was about 9:30 (they close at 10 but I needed these photos) I go into the store to pickup and for whatever reason she refused to print them and said “you’re not getting these photos tonight!” She is not fit for customer care and I think the fake persona she puts on for customers and probably her boss needs to be re evaluated. Today I walked in again to get some candy, she stood there chatting with a friend and gave me the DIRTIEST look! I don’t understand it. She just seems so miserable and would be better working else where then...

I stopped at drive thru pharmacy for Covid tests for a few family members and the lady at the window was just the absolute rudest person. First, she snapped at me saying “u think u have Covid and u are out and don’t have mask on?” After informing her it is other family members who think they have it….. after she walked away (back turned), making snippy comment about me to another employee…… she came back and said we weren't in her system and asked for insurance. I handed it through window to her, and she held it up and laughed and said “I said insurance….this isn’t going to work!” I told her that I kno it looks like a pharmacy discount card, but I assure her that it is our actual insurance from our union insurance and has coverage for the test I’m requesting! A few more smirky comments from her I told her give me my card and I’ll go elsewhere! I will never return to that CVS pharmacy the customer service was the worst (nastiest) I have Ever experienced in 45 years! I have never written a Google review but after that situation I...

I normally never shop at the CVS in berwick, but I was in town and I decided to stop in. I was in need of candy for a fundraiser for an event this weekend honor someone with cancer. I had my bag that I always carry on me. It has my keys, my wallet and my cellphone. At this put of my shopping the women at the counter didn’t take her eyes off me. I made my way I little further in the store. Instantly, the women yelled at me and told me that “We make customer keep there bags in the front of the store.” I replied with “well that’s not going to happen as it has all my money in it.” She continued to give me attitude. At this put I threw the stuff down and told her that I’ll take my business somewhere else then. I understand there’s probably a problem with thief in the area, but there’s another ways of handling these kinds of situatioand. I will no longer be a customer of CVS.
