Terrible food and service ordered take out. They charged me an extra 3 to add beef to nachos(nachos usually have beef by the way) asked for just cheese and beef, they put onions, tomatos, lettuce ect. Call back for a refund and the guy wouldn't give me one. Told me to pick everything off and not to waste food. Then I informed him it was for my sister and she is very allergic to tomatos. He was rude and told me to bring the food back and he replaced it. Food wasn't being made until I arrived and I had to wait 20 minutes, while waiting the guy who I was on the phone with told me to specify better because "nachos usually come with all that" (they usually come with beef as well and it still was not what i asked for. Your menu did not specify, I did.) Nachos were burnt. Also had mac and cheese bites because they were out of deep fried pickles and they were disgusting. My food also came in a stained grocery bag from Giant. Very disappointed and I expected...

Burgers were okay for a bit. But then it seemed like the meat quality went down. Or the meat had been left out too long. Made me a bit sick. I thought it was a fluke, so I made the mistake of going back again. This time I thought it was a band aid stuck to the bottom of the burger. Thankfully it was not. It was just a piece of wax paper they cooked into the burger, fully visible, that they did not notice when flipping it and putting it on a bun. I had ordered it during the slowest time of the day, so there really was no excuse. I had taken two bites before I saw the wax paper hanging off of it. I guess either the meat or the wax paper didn’t agree with me, because I got sick again. They need to do one of three things. For the cost of everything, improve the quality, allow substitutions like the macaroni and cheese. Or, they could shut selling food down, and just sling swill to drunks.
