Dollar General — Local services in Bethlehem

It's okay for a quick stop on essential supplies. Not much variety in the store overall and they are frequently out of stock on things. Admittedly I'm not sure what the general levels of stock look like for this type of business but if they have something you like, don't expect it to be there more than a few months. This place is lightly staffed, as the size and population of this area justifies, but this can lead to extra waiting or hard to find employees when you are looking to check out. Great place to shop with very low prices. I have found alot of useful things here. That being said there are a lot of boxes and tighter spaces in the aisles as they stick up the store. Sometimes U-boats get left in the aisles for awhile at a time but if you need something behind it just ask a worker. The store is mostly clean and usually pretty stocked up. A great perk is they are open till 10 many days for those late...

David, the manager, and all of the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Any questions you may have they are always there to answer and assist. It is my go to shopping place now...never a bad experience! Even short staffed they always have a smile on...
