Ordered a part here and they were real nice and went out of their way to get everything right. But part never came when they said it would. I called every day and finally they said truck just left and it might be on that truck. Was to call me back when they knew forsure. Nobody called. I called them again said oh yes part was there. Sent my boyfriend down to get it and they said nobody by that name ordered any parts. He was there for like 40 minutes and finally they got it figured out. No organization at all. Rented equipment several times from sundown bevington, always friendly staff and service. When the equipment broke down at one job the service tech was there within an hour which was not to bad in my opinion, considering I was by camp dodge area.
