Aden's Taco Catering — Local services in Big Bear City

Every 4th of July, I have my family over for a big pool party. I do all the plannng, shopping, cooking and grilling. This year everyone was coming and I wanted to enjoy my family and my party. I contacted Aden’s Taco Catering. We planned the menu. Luis, who was great, came at 4….set up everything and began grilling carne asada, pollo, hot dogs, quesadillas and veggies. He put out red rice, white rice with cilantro, beans, 2 salsas and guacamole. He had plates, utensils, and napkins. At 5, we were ready to eat. It was all totally delicious. He served until 6:30, cleaned up and left at 7. Yes, I had leftovers. People were snacking into the night and even had a light lunch the next day. My family comments were 2 thumbs up. Saturday February 11th 2023 it was our Wedding Ceremony, I requested Aden's Taco Catering for their services. I called the owner and asked if they could cater for an event at my university and he said yes. He agreed to fill out the documents that the school requires and told me he’d have them ready by the weekend. The week of the event I kept calling him and texting him and he never got back to me or sent the paperwork.
