This experience was probably one of the best experiences I've ever had in my life. Roy and his wife were amazing people very nice made us feel very comfortable to ride the helicopter as Roy and his wife got his prepped up and instructed us on everything we had to do and where we could do in the helicopter it was nice that I can use my camera and record the whole experience I can keep reliving it but there's nothing like actually going up in the air and the helicopter it feels very stable and it feels very strong and sturdy I had a great time giving all of Big Bear the mountain tops of the snow the little tiny cars looking like ants and best of all Roy's personality is impeccable and his amazing man very nice gentleman like very professional he could ease up a little bit but and not be so formal but that's right for you he wants you to have a professional respectful business that he stands by and loves doing he has many many many many many hours of flying overall it was a great experience and I'll never forget it thanks to Roy I had an amazing day and it was right after lunch and my lunch stayed right where it was in my tummy I was nervous a little as I was close to maximum weight and this helicopter lifted us off like no problem it's amazing how everything looks different from a different perspective very high in the air it gets really cold up there but it's very nice and refreshing some of the nicest Air I Breathe I would recommend this to everybody that goes to Big Bear it is very inexpensive budget-friendly and they have many tears of helicopter tours the location is in Big Bear at the airport the small private Airport and I just had a great time I really didn't want to leave I would like to have hung out with you for a while he seem like a cool guy let me rephrase that he is a cool guy and his wife very professional she wasn't too talkative but that's understandable you can't expect everyone to just yap yap yap but she was nice and did instruct us on some things and she was nice about it we said bye like 4 times other than that helicopter tour Roy I might stop by just to say hi I'll be back up in Big Bear Saturday to Sunday hopefully we can take my son up hope you and your wife are doing well and that this review helps because it's coming from my heart it was amazing and beautiful thank you Roy it was awesome I can't stop saying how awesome it was...

All I have to say is just WOW Amazing experience from Jennifer and Roy. I had called earlier and was asking a couple of question of when and how I can set up a appointment and Jennifer was really helpful on answering them we booked a 2pm helicopter ride on the bravo tour. It was amazing the view was phenomenal. Roy really made us feel comfortable while flying. He showed us a amazing waterfall near the creek and really explained what to do at big bear. At the end he asked us if we had any question, I asked if he knew any places around that had good Italian food. He gave us a few options and we ended going to saucy mamas. We will definitely return! This review is long overdue since our last visit New Years Eve 2024. Everything went so smoothly with the online reservation process, communication, location, pre-boarding safety talk, and the actual ride. Cole was an awesome fun and friendly pilot. It was our very first time riding in a helicopter but the ride was so smooth even with the slight breeze. We thought it’d be nauseating with the possible bellyflops. We flew over Big Bear Lake and the beautiful landscapes that you can’t view by foot. The foot-to-head window doors allows you to take pictures from almost below the helicopter.
