This Authentic little gem is easy to miss but do yourself a favor and don't pass this place up! It's a non assuming, no frills "hole in the wall" but the food is amazing! Its not the kind of place you go to for the atmosphere, it's the kind of place you go to for authentic, home-made, delicious food. Hubby and I ordered a Carne Asada and Caritas burrito and they were the best burritos we have had in a very long time. It's hard to find burritos made right and this place nailed it! I have been going here for the past 15+ years! The owner is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. The restaurant is counter service of authentic Mexican food and prepared right before your very eyes. The beans are SO good. We go out for Mexican food at least three or four times a week so it is hard to find anything that really stands out. The food was pretty good and I did enjoy my taquitos. Only problem is the portions versus the price which is I guess the problem with about everything today. I thought their prices were just way too high, especially for the portions . $18 for a bowl of menudo is just ridiculous. The chile relleno burrito tasted pretty good even though it was quite small.
