Lodge Podge — Local services in Big Bear City

Where do I start. I had the most INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE today at the Lodge Podge. I had some issue with U Haul in finding a Truck after I had reserved one online. I drove up to Big Bear to pick to pick up the truck. When I arrived at the Lodge Podge, I was greeted by Dawn who actually owns this absolutely beautiful antiques and locally crafted jewelry and gifts store. (Yes I am throwing a shout out to Lodge Podge), just because how wonderfully I was treated by both Dawn and her husband. She took care of me immediately. I was back on the road with my new rental within minutes. She even took the hit on the discount that was offered to me for the inconvenience, even though it was not in the notes from U Haul corporate. Dawn, thank you so very, very much. I cannot say enough about your sincere kindness. I wish you nothing but continued success...

Many handmade goods at this gift shop and unique gathering spot! Great customer service and clean. One stop shop for all your souvenirs and meaningful gifts. They also have products for daily needs, candles and blankets, kitchen ware and superb art and wall decor pieces. Make sure to follow their Insta and keep up with upcoming events. Prices are excellent and taco truck on Saturdays. Sometimes desserts too! Highly recommend. Must stop whenever you are in the area or if you are a local you have to check this place! Love it and...

They've an assortment of nik naks to cool gadgets, watches to clocks. Handmade jewelry, handmade and painted signs. I was very surprised with the variety of things that are available, I couldn't believe it and there's a food truck that sells the best pattie melts, burgers too, all fresh meat, not frozen either. It's worth a visit guys, order some food, pop inside the Lodge Podge and look around I'm sure there's something in there that'll catch your eye, then get your food you ordered and your tummy will thank...
