This was my first attempt to try to purchase something through Facebook marketplace. After a week of texting communication which was sluggish from the vendorās end, I made it clear of my intentions to purchase a particular item. I initially offered my personal cell number to facilitate all questions and finalize the sale, but a simple phone call was declined. As soon as we were capable, we drove more than an hour and a half to pick it up only to find out that it was already sold when we went to cash out. A courtesy text or call wouldāve been appreciated and have saved us the unnecessary trip not to mention the gas expenditure. As a result, I didnāt buy the other items I had put aside as well. Waste of time and effort. Very unprofessional....

The wife and I bought a nice, solid, black antique desk from Covered Bridge Home Interiors store recently. Tina, the owner, graciously let me borrow a blanket to wrap up the desk during pickup. We're so happy how the desk looks!

Had both an upstairs and downstairs full of stuff to browse through, and I know they also post some of their items online so you can purchase and pick up, because that's what I did...
