Denver Mattress — Local services in Billings

Needing a new bed and experiencing a great night's sleep in Deadwood, SD, we looked under the sheets and saw the Denver Mattress Company label.

When I called the store in Billings, MT, I spoke to Jonathan Grosse, the manager. He was patient and listened to my explanation of what we were looking for. He explained the differences between the various Doctors Choice Elite Mattresses very well and we felt the Doctors Choice Elite Euro Top would work best for us. He also explained all costs and credits available so there would be no surprises.

Three days later, we drove the 150 miles to the store and while Jonathan was away at a meeting, we were helped by Les Davenport. He was just as conscientious and also pointed out the differences of the various Doctors Choice Elite Mattresses. Les demonstrated the benefits of an adjustable base, something we hadn't even considered prior to our visit to the store. He also explained all costs. Shipping of the bed and adjustable base to our home was scheduled for a few days later, including setup and removal of our old bed.

Highly recommended to go here for buying mattresses they have a great selection with lots of different pricing to fit whatever budget you have. We wanted to save money but also sleep well and had gone to tons of different stores finding nothing. This place was our last stop after a long dreadful day of being anoyyed from other matress places trying to show us their most expensive inventory even though we said we have a budget. When we walked in we were greeted very briefly by Jonathan and he let us know if we had any questions feel free to ask. We were able to breathe! We walked around a looked at all the different choices and then finally decided on our own terms to ask questions and he was alot of help! As someone with anxiety I don't enjoy being followed around a store unless I've asked someone to. So this place was a dream compared to every other store we had been to that day. He gave us space when needed and helped us when needed!

Wow, mattress shopping has sure changed over the years! And looked intimidating upon walking into Denver Matress with its dozens and dozens of sample mattresses to try out and learn about. But then I met salesman Hunter Knight here at the Billings store. I made multiple visits back to get questions answered, learn about the differences in the many brands, see the changes in the new construction of mattresses and compare those to traditional mattresses. Hunter was knowledgeable, helpful, caring and patient with the whole process. Giving me space to explore the store, and pointing out different options to consider while I was trying to decide which matress was best for my needs. Hunter made the buying of a new mattresses enjoyable, and seeing him pop my new mattress over his shoulder and put it into the back of our truck was a fun sight to see!
