My first interaction was with the soft spoken & polite ladies at Balls Heating and Air Conditioning. The Serviceman were very thorough & polite. They clean up behind themselves inside and outside. They return to answer any questions I had concerning my new unit. Balls Heating and Air Conditioning is the company to call for Heating installation. Thank you for your service.

UPDATE as of 02'18-2023 Came out again, temperature was staying at 78 even though it was set for temperature higher.
Technician will helpful & kind.
January 16th 2025 Techican came out concerning an issue since 2023 the noise unit makes when it shut off after reaching set temperature inside.
This unit was installed 02-03-2023. I have had many visits concerning this noise maker.
Travor Burdette...did the best he could do. I have sent a recording concerning the noise this unit makes. Because each time they would come out it did not do it.
So I recorded the noise and have recording on my phone and I sent one to company text and Mr. Burdette phone.
A Blanket is for someone who lives up North plus it's only going to lower the sound of the noise not fix the noise. I am not happy with the ideal of putting a blanket on the unit to suppress the noise inside of the unit that's obviously mechanical.

My neighbor who lives south of me came over and confirmed she hears it all the time. Today Trevor heard it himself. The sound is much louder in person than the recording on the phone.
My concern is that this noise cause this unit to FAIL sometime in the future. Again, this has been on going since Year of Installation 2023 ( installed February 3, 2023 )

Read moreWilliam and a trainee showed up within the scheduled time range. They were thorough in looking over our HVAC and generator. Both were friendly and respectful, and William did a great job explaining what they found.
Update: We had an unrelated issue with our AC unit at 2:00 Saturday morning where it completely stopped working due to a thermostat issue. We waited until 7:30 to call and request service. We got the call center who took my information and she told me someone would get with me shortly. At 8:45, we got a call that we were scheduled and someone would be out between noon and 3. I was very pleasantly surprised when we got a call at 10:00 that Trevor was 30 minutes away! He came in and identified the issue with the thermostat. He gave us the option of him installing an extra thermostat we had or we could get a thermostat of our choosing and install it ourselves. We decided to stay with the Nest and he explained how to set it up with the wiring. My husband could handle it, but was uneasy dealing with electral stuff. We live less than 10 minutes from Home Depot, so I asked if I could run to the store real quick and grab a new thermostat and he install it for us. He said he absolutely could do that!
During our routine service earlier in the week, we were told we were low on refrigerant and there was probably a leak, but I had to leave for an appointment, so we were going to call and schedule for them to come out and refill the refrigerant as well as do a leak test. Trevor went ahead and did that while he was already out!

Read moreMy husband and I bought a new unit from Ball 4 years ago covered by a 10/10 Warrenty. We have been having trouble with what I thought was dust around the vents. I tried to report this to my insurance company. That didn’t work so I called some people out to see what was going on. 2 separate inspections confirmed that my unit was over sized for my home causing mold in my vents as well as on my wall in my home. My home is just over 1900 square feet and they installed a 3.5 ton unit. I have been having major pulmonary problems since this has been going on. They sent out a tech to my home who was rude and condescending. I had just had a surgical procedure and was flat of my back in bed trying to recover. He lorded over me to intimidate me snapping his finger as he spoke. He said they could fix it but I would need to have a humidifier installed to the tune of $10,000. Why should I have to buy more equipment from them to fix the problem they caused in the first place. So far I have not received a call from a manger or anyone else in charge, just the rude tech. Visually on the outside this problem didn’t show up immediately it has been building up over the years until it finally appeared around the vents. My husband and my self are senior citizens and live on a fixed income. This is taking a toll on our health having to deal with these problems as well as the health issues caused by the mold.
