Subway — Restaurant in Biloxi

Came in at 9:35. Now I can understand being frustrated if it’s 5 minutes before close but I was there 25 minutes before close and when I walked in the door the lady with pinkish red hair literally out loud huffed and made it very obvious I was not welcome even tho there were people in there at that moment. Actually stopped making the customers food she was working on and just stared at me. Unbelievably rude. Made me feel very uncomfortable and did it to such an extent that I said it’s ok and just left. If you’re open until 10 o’clock y would you make someone uncomfortable for coming in a half hour before that. Why work there if you don’t want to work the hours you’re open. Then before I can even get out of the parking lot she came outside to smoke and still was unwelcoming. Very disappointed. Will not be back. Pitiful, couldn’t take 2 minutes to do the job you’re paid for but more than happy to take 5+ minutes to smoke a cigarette. Just pathetic...

Placed a subway order on the subway app and was given a specific time went to subway at specific time and waited on the phone 3 times before anyone answered, then was told rudely that my order was not ready because there were other customers waiting in the store but in reality my order was ready just couldn’t be brought out for curbside pickup which I would have gladly gone in to pick up had I have known. I usually get the number 28 with great service , but the girls in there today 20/1/2023 act like they didn't care if you got waited on or not ,my food always warm , not today because they just snatch and walk away , bread was cold and hard , not much meat on it ,lots and lots lettuce , the girl walked away right in the middle putting toppings on ,I stood there ,I was fixing walk outwhen another girl walks up .
