Changed my 5 star review to 2 . We have been customers for many years. We are seniors and drive over an hour to get here and many times have needed to use the available bathroom. There have been times during the summer when they had a No Public Restroom sign in the door because, they said, of the Adventure Golf / Go Cart facility next door. We would ask and be allowed to use it. Today after a purchase we asked to use the restroom and were told no one was allowed because of theft issues. Our purchase was complete, the bathroom is not far from checkout and there are cameras everywhere. I think they use that excuse because they don't like cleaning the bathroom. We are very disgusted and will not be going to The Iron Gate again. I think they may have new owners or management which would explain the lack of...
Read moreMy family and I used to love this place. It's not the same anymore. First, its only October 3rd and they're already tearing down fall decorations because the owners told them to get it out of there. Bull crap!!! Let a few more weeks go by!!!! Secondly, the lady this afternoon working was rude and short when I asked to use the restroom, they dont allow customers to use the bathroom anymore and they do not even offer a portable bathroom outside. They used to have a lovely sales team and staff and when we went there with our toddlers we were kindly lead to use the rest rooms. That's ridiculous.... people are shopping in your huge store and yet you dont offer a bathroom. Taking my business somewhere else and will stop following them on social media. This is a huge let down because I'd always look forward to...

One had a used foot bath and a bunch of fire wood for sale, other booths are quite empty. Even the spaces that were favorites of mine have less items for sale. I agree with the person that wished they were bigger, like they used to be. I have to drive almost 90 minutes to get here and unfortunately it's not worth it. When I entered I was the only customer. While I was walking around I later saw 2 other women, but they quickly left without...
