They open at 4 AM. They make you go down the street across the rr tracks on the left hand side to the truck parking lot. Wait for a phone call, then they call everybody in at the same time. That's waiting in the parking lot. It becomes a cluster of trucks waiting to dock once you dock. You disconnect from your truck, go into the receiving office. Which is at door 57, check-in. They send you to the lumper where the lady does sign language and expect you to understand what she's saying, pointing at a sign but not telling you what to do once you understand what to do. I come here a lot because I can always get a load out of Ventura. I can strongly say unless you have a good reason to be in Birmingham and can get a good load out of here do not come to this place they take no less then 6 hours to unload you and this is coming from a person who is here consistent and the customer service is by far the worst that I've seen there is very too little space so after you bump the dock you have to unhook and pull outside the only food is a Church's Chicken and there is a truck stop that usually always full and it has a Subway there too like I said unless you're like me and can for sure get a great load coming out this is not the place you want to deliver to they just take way too long it's extremely tight and the customer service is terrible I don't hate the place or nothing like that I just wish they...
