I have had the most incredible experience with Fun Source Rentals and believe them to have exceptional customer service.

Prior to renting from Fun Source Rentals I tried another company and the day of the party when I expected an Elmo character to arrive we had no one show up or call to give us a reason. After many phone calls I finally got a terrible excuse and never felt okay about the lack of concern.

Fast forward to the next year and I ordered a train from Fun Source Rentals....The day of the party I had to cancel the day of the party because my child had a sudden fever and sickness. I hated to cancel, but Fun Source was very kind and made a difficult situation better for me by showing such concern and not penalizing us for circumstances beyond our control which was more than I could have expected. The next year we rescheduled with the original party plan and the train showed up with a very professional Fun Source employee that drove happy children (and parents) around for the afternoon. He showed up before the party was set to begin and was very courteous to all of our guests. I look forward to using Fun Source Rentals for all of our future party needs.

We have rented from Fun Source 3 maybe 4 times. I can't remember. The first time we rented the owner actually came out and picked up the moonwalk. He was super nice and actually talked the whole time to my husband while he was packing up. Every time we have rented, everyone has been super nice. Even the younger guys who delivered and picked up. The quality is great and everything is very clean. Customer service is wonderful. The office staff is very helpful in answering any questions or with suggestions. I recommend them to all of my friends. They have a very large variety to choose from so even if what you want happens to be rented that day there is always something similar. My kids and kids at our Sunday School party-dads too, loved the cork screw...

RUN TO ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!!! The water slide was leaking water. They wanted to drain the pool 30 part minutes before the party and search for a leak which would take 15-25 minutes and another 30 or to patch and then refill it. It had rocks, leaves, and twigs on it. We had to scoop those out of the pool part as they fell down the slide when the water was hooked to it, and they didn’t pick up until the next day. The delivery men had no change to give back and they wanted to credit it to my account for future use. I will never use them again and told other people to look else where that were going to call them. 0/10 how are they not out of...
