Roses Discount Store — Local services in Birmingham

I've Always enjoyed going to this store.Love the Prices and usually the Customer Service. Until today..I stepped on a flat tax that's usually found in their store clothes, I didn't make a seen. Just hopped to the front.. the cashier confirmed it was a tax and a customer pulled it out..no big deal... But as I put pressure on foot I noticed it hurt so I decided to ask for a accident report to be made..just in case... She called the mgn.. he looked at me as I explained what happened and the 2 that saw it in my shoe.. and he walked off without a WORD.. and never came back...I was very disappointed he ignored me with no concerns or questions.. Doesn’t let customers use the restroom , poor customer service . Women and kids should be able to use the restrooms while shopping was very rude and unreasonable if my girl is on her cycle she should be able to use the restroom no reason the restroom shouldn’t be unavailable if the restroom isn’t out of order , making customers experience worse than how good it could actually be forcing good paying customers to shop elsewhere where , just open the restroom my next step contacting...

Nice store has a lot. Tissue items not always stocked. The waits are long usually only 1 cashier. My last visit a girl name angel scanned my items, she was so rude.
