if I could, I would give it zero star. This place is a big joke. PU appointment was yesterday @8-12am. I got there at 10:30pm First off, Check in Lady was rookie and unprofessional gave her all the PU#s I had and nothing worked in her head until she actually tried it on Computer and after 100 calls to after hours asking for a imaginary PU# Secondly I got in 3 trucks ahead of me 2 in line 1 in a dock. went to them to inform them about my appoint time is ready. told me to wait in line. took 5 hours on each truck to load while there are so many lazy people working inside. they let me go at 11:30 AM in the morning. Came in at 3pm there was line of trucks, 13 to be exact in front of me. Its past 9pm now and i have 3 trucks in front of me. Its like they ship them as they are made...

Idk about other days but today appointments didn't matter we are al moving in line one truck at the time so you cant even take a nap. How hard could it be to take 13 phone numbers and call each driver when hes next in line.

Edit: Got loaded at 2am, so 11hours wait for 7 rolls of paper and they dont have...

My review is based on a drop and hook. If you're here for that, skip the north side check-in line and go straight to the south side drop yard. Pull up to the gate, check yourself in on the computer. It didn't work for me so I called the number posted and the guard shack checked me in and remotely opened the gate.
