Wasn't given a receipt but we ordered a large chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard, a large choco strawberry blizzard, and a large oreo brookie blizzard at the drive thru approximately 820pm. My large chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard was like a milky milkshake. I went back around and politely told them that this was more like a milky milkshake than a blizzard. They brung me another one that was the same. Dont know whats wrong with the people working there tonight but we never had any problems eating there and we eat there very often. I didn't take it back the second time because I was very mad at this situation. If the machines were messed up, I would understand. But its not even 70 degrees outside and the blizzards were melting as soon as we got them. I know I'm just one person and no one cares but I will not be eating there again. Its a shame because McDonald's mcfluury made it all the way, 18 mins, home and it wasn't even melted like the blizzards we were handed twice in less than a min of the drive thru.....hopefully it gets fixed...thanks...

I picked out how I wanted the cake and what to be put on it, I received a confirmation email and it said I would need to pay when picking up the cake. When I arrived today they said they did not have an order so I pulled up the confirmation email. The girl said they did not have the manager and that they do not do online orders. Well if online orders cannot be done then why is it an option? Also if it could not be done why was I not called or emailed? It was placed six days in advance. The girl then said the cake decorator would be in later which I couldnât wait later I needed it now. Then I asked if she could just write congrats on a cake. She said no she couldnât do that and told me I shouldâve called. Well why would I call when I receive a confirmation email? Unprofessional and they obviously do not care about their customers.    Read moreI waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes when I got to the window the girl charged me for the person's order behind me.She did not even put in my food order.She called the other to girl refund my money then it took another 10 minutes and she still got my order wrong.I had to go inside anyway to get it straightened out.These young teenagers cannot run these stores without adult supervision and the manager on call they have is not doing her job correctly.When I went in to get my order fixed, the young teenage girl had her drive thru speaker off and was saying very derogatory things about the customer in the drive thru.The customer is not the problem ,it's the disrespectful young workers,they have that have no clue what they are doing or even care about this...
