Bojangles — Restaurant in Biscoe

This place actually used to be pretty good with service idk if it’s because they’ve hired a lot of new people recently or what but the recent years me and my family have been here there was always problems! One time I went I did an online order and I parked my car in the parking zone so they could bring it out to me. I waited there for almost an hour, I tried calling or messaging them asking what was taking so long so I finally got fed up and went to the drive through. I told them I had been waiting for a long time and that if they didn’t have my food I wanted my money back they all looked at me dumbfounded come to find out none of them looked at the order on the screen cause I saw every single one of them looked up at where there screens were that tell them the orders. So they all tried to hurry up and get my order done and the lady at the window tried to apologize but I could care less at this point. Why have the online order option if they’re not even gonna pay attention to it??? Another time I went I did drive thru, person at the window told me to pull up because they were still making mine. 20 minutes pass by and I get fed up and I go in there asking where my order is. The worker who told me to pull up just looks at me dumbfounded but then his eyes widen as if he forgot. And even just recently I tried doing an online order again because I was like 20 minutes away and wanted to pick it up and go straight home I get there and the lady on the drive through speaker tells me that I’m too early from the designated time that was set to be ready and that I now have to wait another 15 minutes. Just went to the Bojangles in Biscoe. It was 9:28pm when we arrived for a take out order. Their hours of operation are until 10PM but the doors were already locked, pulled up to the drive-through and an automated system came on saying only accepting cash which was manageable although inconvenient. But the automated ordering system talks over as you as try to order and you cannot specify clearly enough what you need so we pulled up to the window to order. The young guy who works the the window & register refused to help take our order with an attitude and then said their Manager whos name is posted on the door as “Deseray Yarborough” does not allow them to take orders and that customers are required to use the automated system and the drive-through With an attitude. He refused to take the order at the window even though I said I couldn’t order cause she was talking over me and slammed the window and walked off. Obviously we had no choice but to leave without food since the staff refused to provide service. Staff obviously had already decided to close up early and do not plan on actually doing any work or taking orders they’re just getting paid turn away customers and be rude which is not completely surprising since the last few times we’ve been there each visit has only gotten worse than the...

This establishment has employees that are just rude towards customers. The black older cashier that takes your order is rude and each time she make a mistake she yells and blames the customers. She also left things off of my families order more than once in one visit on 3/6/2024 and when she had to get the missing items she rudely yelled at me stating it was not her problem. I was not the only customers she was treating this way either, there was workers from across the street that took their lunch break there and she did them the exact same way and one of the gentlemen yelled at her right back. The service at this business is poor, and the atmosphere is not pleasant at all. The food is not that bad just who can enjoy their food when they are being treated this way. The counter tops around the trash cans inside need to be replaced, the doors fell off in the floor and they are always out of straws, forks, napkins, sauces and never refill the tea dispensers for customers. Drink machines are often out of ice and they have even told us and other customers that they was out of chicken because they was too lazy to cook more instead stating people would have to eat breakfast items or do without.
