One day I found myself in need of a rear wiper blade for my old girl Mary Margaret who just so happens to be my late 1999 Honda CR-V, after setting out on a journey to find an affordable rear wiper blade, I found myself at the Elburn NAPA. Due to my lack of rear wiper blade on this rainy day I was in a bit of a not so pleasant mood. I walked into the double doors and immediately found myself unable to see over the shelves due to my five foot one stature (knocking off one star because short people lives matter) I trudged my way through the aisles and made my way to the counter. I looked up and saw this gorgeous young man, with long, beautiful flowing locks of brown hair and a beautiful pair of ice blue eyes. I was so taken aback by this absolute dream of a man. I locked eyes with him and immediately forgot what I came in for, luckily, RJ has the "NAPA know how" if you will, and read my mind, knowing immediately what I needed for Miss Mary Margaret. A few short moments later, he rung me up for a great wiper blade and I got a cute, smelly thing for my car too, how nice. Not only that, he suggested a great wiper blade brand, and even came over to my house to install it for me, we got dinner afterwards and he went on his merry way knowing another customer was...

I've always had good experiences with the NAPA Auto parts in the area. This one is no exception. I was looking for a cheap pair of brake pads to hold me over. They had by far the lowest price @ this location, even comparing them to O'Reilly and AutoZone and any of the other big national chains.

I went to pick it up. Arrived before I was supposed to. I went back out to my car and the kid pulled me back in before I drove away to let me know the part just showed up.

And to my absolute surprise, it even included some hardware that I thought I was going to be reusing. It's nice when you buy something and there's more in the package than what you expected, so you can do a better job

What’s important to me about an auto parts store is inventory and knowledgeable staff. NAPA in Elburn comes through always on both. Regarding staff, the last time I was there I had my daughter along. She asked about the motorcycle outside which belonged to one of the staff. He asked her if she wanted to see it and took the time to show her his bike. She was so excited. In contrast, when I go to other auto parts stores I get asked if my vehicle is 4wheel drive when picking out wiper blades. My advice would...
