This is a great spot if you're looking for a rehearsal hall. Availability can be tight which means business is good. It's conveniently located and you don't need to bring any gear, John has it there for you (except bass, guitars, trumpets, etc.). He has drums and all the PA stuff, speakers, mics, etc. It's pretty laid back, there is a restroom (clean) and he even has drinks and water for purchase.
