T & J Meatpacking — Local services in Bloom Township

I went in on Jan 18 2024, to get chicken wings, fish and steaks, While starting my order I asked the female employee can she grab my wings from front of the bucket the wings toward the back had a lot of black parts on them. The employee told me she not about to pick through no wings for me. I responded I’m not asking to pick through just can you grab from front. While doing order she intentionally started grabbing the bad wings saying it’s the same box. I told that’s okay and she was being very rude. The employee began screaming at me telling that I am difficult and she not rude. I said them you must be having a bad day cause you are being very rude . She said to She was having a good day until I came in. I left called the market to speak with owner Ann asked for their names the person answering the provided the first name on Tony and Johnny I asked for last name he told me he not giving any info why do I want them I explained I had a very bad experience, as a customer for over 20 yrs, I asked for his name and he told me Uncle Sam. Jason is one of the rudest people I have ever met, for him to be a manager and represent the business is absolutely awful. I am not from the area and I have family that buys meat from T&J and I went to purchase the beef bacon and the packaging was bad and it was weird color in the meat, I cooked the next day and the cut was to thick and it taste awful I called same day to make them aware I was told to bring back an exchange no problem and I stated I do not know when I’ll be back in the area lady stated just freeze it and bring back whenever you can so I went Monday April 15th and got the rudest customer service from Jason he told me “you think it’s a bad cut because your not used to eating beef bacon” I said guy I don’t even eat pork and I don’t eat turkey bacon but thanks. Great products and meat at a reasonable price but received the worst customer service. Female german cashier was very rude when I politely said I changed my mind about purchasing a frozen food item. She told me to go put it back! She continued to argue in front of other customers why she felt I should restock the 2 small packs of meat she could have done.
