Shugga Shack Glenwood — Restaurant in Bloom Township

I never left a bad review before .. I usually try to understand and work with the business the best I can ,The experience I had today at Shugga Shack was unacceptable therefore my fiancé took me to stop by and grab some food its a new small food business in our neighborhood so we decided to give it a go. He ordered 2 (10 pice wings buffalo) 2 Funnel Cakes, 2 Pizza puffs we walked in during no rush hour so we thought it would be at least 10-20 minutes for our food we sat down and waited the complete opposite 40-50 minutes instead . They ran out of ice cream and decided to run to the liquor store to grab ingredients to make the ice cream for the funnel cakes instead of asking us if we wanted a refund . when it was time to grab our food we noticed we were missing a 10 pice wing they told us we didn’t order it when I was right beside my fiancée when he was listening. I normally don't leave reviews but I must this time. I really enjoy ordering chicken from here I must say. They chicken never fails me, but this time I wanted something different soI ordered 3 tacos 2 chicken and 1 steak so when my son brought the tacos I open the bag and the tacos was all wrapped together. There was no sauce in the bag for the tacos, and the tacos was so small. I decided to call back and when the lady answered I told her who I was and I ask her where was the meat because it really was no meat on the tacos she chuckled and said no meat I said its very skimpy she said hold on , so I here her speaking with this guy and he said 1 scoop per Taco. I ask the lady where was the sauce for the taco she argued me down that it was in the bottom of the bag, but it was not at no point she said I could come get the sauce people makes mistakes. I went to try them out because I seen them in "The Black Foodies" page. My experience was very different. The first issue was the music was blasting, like you have to yell your order(It's a very small and empty place so I'm not sure why the music had to be that loud). The young lady that took my order wasn't friendly at all. She wasn't rude, but very unwelcoming. I ordered chicken and waffles. They gave me the tiniest wing dings that I've ever saw and they sprinkled them with powered sugar🤢. The waffle was hard and full off grease.
