Seriously getting so frustrated with this company. Itās the only internet service I can get in my location and the price for installation was crazy high. That being said I would still be ok with it however I have done everything I can as soon as I received notice of what was needed and still no WiFi. Itās been 4 weeks and I paid over 400$. They said once the drop was put in we would get instillation. Drop was set a couple days ago and when I called they said it would be a couple more days to splice the wire then I will receive a call to get the final hook up in my home. Being in a dead zone with the weather we have and with the uncertainty of schools closing due to Covid and or weather itās overwhelming not having any assurance or even being able to receive notification unless I drive 5 miles in either direction. There has got to be a better way. I will say the representatives have been kind.
Edit: service works fantastic so my advice it to plan for the wait but...

Customer svc acts like they don't care because they are currently the only provider. I would rather have antenna tv. Better quality and reliability. It makes me dream of the good old days when I only had to deal with awful customer service and fairly reliable service. The television picture and audio stutter constantly. Live television makes it worse to the point of being unwatchable. Even with an upgraded router, the advertised 2mbps is more like 1.3 on the best of days. The best part is when service techs come, promised they've fixed the problem this time, and charge you $120 only to have the television revert back to its stuttering stupiditity ten seconds later. If I could rate this lower than one star, i would. As soon as this contract is up I will be switching to literally any other cable and service provider.
