ALDI — Local services in Bloomington

A good friend of mine take me to Aldi's for the first time. I was amazed at the money I saved buy shopping at this grocery store. I usually get about 8 to 10 bags our groceries 4 round $160 too $180, I noticed for the same amount of money I received 14 bags of groceries which of the amazing to me. I highly recommend, anyone that has not shopped at an Aldi's before you have to try that out. For example! I bought one dozen eggs $0.79, 1 gallon of milk $1.29. I stocked up. There was only one issue that I had about the store. And that is, there is only one location I was told and all the Bloomington. It is located on the west side near the mall. And I live on the south side of Bloomington. But still in all it was worth it. I also heard but Aldi's is in the progress I'm opening a new store on the Eastside of Bloomington. I am anticipating, their grand opening. To my understanding they will be having a blowout sale...

Deals aside, this has to be one of the most frustrating shopping experiences someone could have. When you walk in, you're forced into an isle that is two carts wide, so people will put their cart on one side, then walk to the other to get there items. This means you can't walk through the isle virtually at all. You're rushed through this isle, which has basic stuff that people would get on their grocery trip. This theme is present through the whole store; rush through while barely looking at what's available out of fear of being in someone's way, then proceed to another tightly cramped isle.

After coming from the Bedford Aldi, this store is awful. The selection alone is on par with what you'd find at a Dollar General or Save-a-Lot, so it's barebones to say the least. While you will be saving a bit of money coming here, I recommend saving yourself from this nightmare of a...

Great product comparable to name brands for much less! Their mayo compares to Hellmann's, canned soup to Progresso, woven wheat crackers to Triscuit, etc. Good dog food as well. Very much worth shopping especially if you are on a budget! 6-9-22. This was my first visit since the "remodel" (it has been a while since I have been here as the "eastside" Aldi is closer to my home), and I LOVE THIS STORE! I much prefer the layout and ambiance of this store (westside of B-town)! I did not have the time to browse as much as I would have liked, but I shall return! The prices cannot be beat!
