While it's not necessarily a modern mountain bike park it is nice to have a place that's in town to ride. I'd like to see the city invest in the park and build out the place with ramps and banked turns and jumps. Maybe a even a pump track. Bentonville Arkansas is a great example of a city investing in this. There is very little for "spirited" technical riding. That being said it's a great place for a walk with your dogs and has some interesting flora. I've found Indian pipe and cancer root as well as morels, chanterelles, oyster mushrooms, and chicken of the woods. If you do a little exploring from the creek you might get to see the beavers busily working on...
Read moreHonestly, it is a truly poorly designed and implemented park. The trails were kinda fun to ride IF you could follow them, but having dozens of trails criss-crossing through such a small area is problematic. Not to mention, the signage REALLY needs work. Overall, I would not ride here again, and it made for a very frustrating and confusing ride with a lot of screeching to a halt to turn around at missed intersections. Also there was definitely a drug deal going down in the parking lot...

I ride here when I don't have time to drive to BCSP, or if I want to take my kids for a quick ride. it could be much better with some...
