Fashion Nail — Local services in Bloomington

I’ve been doing my own nails for years now. Haven’t gone to a nail salon in over 3 years, so when my uncle treated me to get my nails done I was very excited. I got a French fade a few days ago. Once he was finished I could still bend the nails, I told him they weren’t strong enough but he said they would get stronger. Also they were not faded, the white was all over the nail and looked very sandy. Not even 2 days after I had them on, I had cracks in 4 nails. I went back on 2/3 to get them fixed, he only applied the pink dip powder all over. I left with 4 nails that were all pink hoping it would fade over the next few hours (it didn’t). I went back 2 hours later to get them fixed and he was very rude. One of my nails he attempted to fix has a straight line across where the white is SUPPOSED to fade and the other he fixed looks terrible. Definitely do not recommend this salon, was extremely disappointed. I’ve done my own nails because it’s outrageous to spend $60+ when I can do a way better job myself. All I can say is these people are racist. I went in for a pedicure immediately giving racist vibes asking is the service for me. Now once in the chair she take my polish off I let her know the side of the toe hurt I think the nail is pushing in she says you need a doctor. Wait what lady I get my feet done on a regular if that wasn't a sign of not wanting to give a black woman service a younger black girl came in asking for a soak off the guy working there said come back at 3pm that would be 4 hrs later and the damn place was empty. I have been going to fashion nail for over 10 years my nail tech is Tammy. I Love Tammy she knows actually how I like my nails and also gives me a great pedicure I can call Tammy and get an appointment as soon as possible it can be several months or even a year and she never forgets how I like my nails and toes done she has steady Clientel and they all appreciate Tammy she is so well worth going to check out . Tammy is very respectful and that's what I love and admire about her from day one when we met over 10 years ago
