Let me tell you about my recent experience at this festival. I’ve been attending for a few years now, starting with the Morgan Wallen and Hardy concert. This year, however, was a complete disaster.
The festival was extremely overcrowded, and the organizers made a huge mistake by not selling more parking passes. As a result, parking was $60 per day. And guess what? They made the festival cashless, but they charged you extra fees for using your card at each location.
Drinks were also ridiculously expensive. A slim can cost $16, and a can of beer was $12. And if you wanted to get close to the stage, good luck. You’d be shoved and shoved and rubbed on the entire time because no one had any respect.
Even if you managed to make it close to the front, leaving to use the bathroom was a nightmare. People wouldn’t let you through and would either tell you to go around or shove you, even after you apologized and said sorry. You’d think that leaving the crowd before someone even started playing would be a good idea, but no.
The organizers clearly didn’t have control over the number of people attending the festival, and it showed. If you wanted to see a specific artist, it was more worth buying tickets for just that artist, even if you had to sit in the nosebleeds.
Overall, it was a money grab, and I’ll probably never attend again because of how...
Read moreI paid a lot of money for the VIP this year because, as advertised on their website, food and drinks were included. The "food" was some small bags of assorted chips they threw at people and wasn't even enough for half the VIP crowd, but thankfully, the beer was free and didn't have some catch besides 50/50 chance if its cold or warm. I wouldn't be surprised if someone comes along to try to get a false advertisement lawsuit on these guys. Thursday night got canceled, which I understand because it was a very windy storm. They could have started at least the main headliners before the storm or after. Instead canceled everything, made everyone pay for parking and a show that was supposed to be "rain or shine" The "VIP" section was about 1/8 of the whole thing and shoulder to shoulder sardine caned area, unlike previous years. I don't recommend going, save your money and go to a real concert. $10 a beer, $14 mixed drinks, $15+ per food item, $120 for weekend parking and not...
Read moreThe singers were amazing. They put on great shows Conner Smith and Jelly Roll hands down were my top 2 performers they actually interact with the crowd and make you feel like they are not doing it for the money they are doing it because of the8r fans! Now the people watching were rude, disrespectful, and just plain awful! I've never been to a concert where so many people were disrespectful! I had my ID, debit card, and money stolen from me, and everyone that was standing their made it a joke. Then we would let people back in their spot when they left and came back, but we could not get back to our spot! I've been to many rock concerts and they are all respectful, polite, and actually tell people if they drop anything and make sure you get your spot back this is my 1st 3 day country concert event and never again will we...
