I had a wonderful afternoon at the fair except for one thing which needs to be changed. The truck pulling was too close to the crowd and far too loud. There were people walking away with fingers in their ears to protect them and little children on father's shoulders some with fingers in their ears and I saw at least one with no protection for his ears. This was far too loud for anyone to enjoy. Please get some good bands to play in the late afternoon or early evening. We all remarked that we love the bands at the end of the day especially and also good to have a band for the children during at least one of the days. Jordan's take out in Hancock hires bands every year there and they have a good list of bands that anyone would enjoy. Other than that, the Fair was very good as usually. Read moreWe walked around the qhole fair 4 times had the saugages a couple spots in on the rt.. forgot the name but they were 3 for $20 or $7.50 each and they were amazing.. we saw just a few people we knew but it was a good time.. it was $20 for the 2 of us to get in.. next yr it will be $6 lol old age has its benifits haha.. we also each had a waffle sunday.. Read moreHad a fun time with my wife Lisa at the Blue Hill Fair today. There were a lot of people that were exploring things like the Butterfly cage which you go in and touch them pretty cool for the kids and all of the live stock was nice looking at them. The food vendors were the same as the following years, but was good, lol. Had a lot of carnival rides that were not cheap.
