Townhall of Blue Springs — Local services in Blue Springs

I visited Blue Springs State Park on January 2nd- at like 8:30AM...Not optimal for most folks.

However, it only cost me $3 to get in and I had the park entirely to myself. The Blue Springs were beautiful and the water was crystal clear. I had a great time taking pictures, walking slow, and breathing in the fresh air. The staff at the front gate were REALLY nice as well!

Plenty of stuff to do for all: Camping, Fishing, Wading in the Springs, Paddle Boats, Picnicking, Walking, Play Ground for the Kiddos and I think I saw a Volleyball net too.

BTW: Right across the street is Hagler's Bar-B-Que. Its Awesome...

Nice park, quiet. Right by a creek fed by cristal clear water from the parks spring. They even rent out on site campers at a good rate. Just remember to bring everything with you because shopping is limited...

beautiful park and campground .plenty of shade trees to watch your kids play in pool .campground is wooded clean and nice .if you can entertain yourself you will love it .haglers...
