I’ve been a member of this gym for a while now, and it has truly transformed my fitness journey, thanks to my trainer, Brent. Brent is more than just a trainer; he is a source of constant motivation and encouragement. His expertise and dedication to his clients are evident in every session.

Brent pushes me to exceed my limits and helps me achieve goals I never thought possible. He tailors workouts to my individual needs and ensures that every exercise is performed with the correct form, maximizing effectiveness and preventing injuries. His positive attitude and genuine care for his clients create an environment where progress feels achievable and rewarding.

The gym itself is well-equipped, clean, and offers a welcoming atmosphere. But what really sets this place apart are their trainers like Brent. He’s become a significant part of my fitness journey and has made working out an enjoyable and rewarding experience.

For 5 years I have been working out with Michael Seals at Strong Shop. As an "older" woman (over 65) the benefits of this training has been amazing. Earlier this year I had a hard, stiff armed fall resulting in small fractures just below my elbow but did not need a cast. Doctor said that was very unusual for someone of my age and the type of fall. Strong arms...
