Teenagers are constantly left unattended. And when things go wrong like the mgr leaving during happy hour or disappearing to the restroom for considerable amounts of time he takes it out on the kids. Bad service is a reflection on management not the crew. My daughter was accused of being rude, again while the mgr was MIA which I know is not true, not impossible, but improbable bc of how I raised her and instead of being questioned about the situation or sticking up for his crew members against rude customers these "pretendagers" took the new age cowards way out of firing someone. Removing someone from a schedule by not giving them hours is a spineless tactic. A manager has the guts to fire someone to their face, but then again there's no mgr only pretendagers and the 15yr old boy they are letting run shifts🤯. I order a bacon club toaster in the drive thru and I basically got home in Nicholasville before I saw it was missing the burger patty. I noticed it because I ordered no tomatoes and I saw a tomato when I opened it so I went to take them off and then saw there was no patty... I couldn't believe you could make a burger and forget the patty. So I drive all the way back to show them and have it replaced since it is kind of an expensive menu item. They replaced it and of course this time it was missing the bacon... it's in the name of the menu item. It wasn't worth going back again. I was also surprised that I wasn't offered any sort of compensation for having to go all the way back to the location to get the correct menu item. Read moreI know everyone has bad days so I try to give everyone the benefit of doubt before judging however, Sonic Richmond Rd has the absolute WORST customer service, never gets the orders right & we order the exact same 3 items every single time we go...and it never fails, every single time it’s a different price. And I double checked happy hour times just to make 100% certain before posting this. The milk shake machine is always down....it’s hit or miss every time. And don’t expect a smile or pleasant chit-chat while in drive-thru....that never happens. Oh....one more important bit of info: the employees have not had masks or gloves on ONE SINGLE TIME since restaurants reopened with new COVID-19 regulations...thanks Sonic employees, for caring about the public’s safety & well being....
