This location is the closest theater to my hometown of Blythe, CA. The woman who was working tonight was very rude from the moment my dad & I walked through the door. We had just came out of the Blue Water Resort & Casino next door. We had already passed a temperature check next door. After losing some cash next door my dad realized he needed to use the restroom. Rather than turn around & go back into the casino I told him we could use the restroom inside the theater. I know the last showtime is at 7 pm. But the doors remain open until the movie ends. The disrespectful way she spoke to us both is the issue. Rather than showing kindness she immediately walked towards us saying we couldn't just walk in since they were closed. While four employees sat on the benches all on their cell phones watching top ten videos on YouTube. While the other workers behind the counter didn't say a word. Another customer was welcomed with kindness & respect. After my dad emerged from the restroom she realized she was in the wrong & wished us a good night. The restrooms were being cleaned. But my dad is 76 years old with bladder & health issues. The day he wants to get out of the house this is the service we experienced. I received better service last week when I attended a movie that I was twenty minutes late for with my four year old son. I will not return to this location. I would rather drive to Yuma, AZ. Or other desert cities...

Read moreIt looked like a good place for fun. I looked around the casino while waiting for the theater to open. It would have been my first theater experience since covid. Alas just before movie time they posted a sign saying closed for technical difficulties. In this upside down world we live in these days I suppose there was little reason for surprise or...
