I ordered a jogger suit for a trip. After a week of not receiving it, I called. On their company website it even states for "local" UTAH deliveries it is same day or two day shipping (My zip code is on the stated list). First, I messaged through their website/chat and didn't get a response for two days after. I then messaged through Instagram and heard not one thing. After all day of calling, I finally reached someone. I brought up the fact it had been a week, the shipping statement on the website, the fact I had reached out online and through Instagram with no response. She then mentions to me that my jogger had NOT even been shipped yet! (A whole week after the order AND I am a local Utah customer.) She said to expect it two days later. Well, two days later came and NO jogger. Today marks two weeks since I put in my order. Again, I messaged through website, nothing. So I called.. after trying a couple of times and blocked my number - someone answered. Again.. asking where my order is. After she did her research, she found out that it was cancelled and that because I had the jogger shipped to my work address (I AM AT WORK 9 HOURS OF MY DAY!!! YOU CAN STILL DELIVER AT A DANG OFFICE BUILDING PEOPLE. I get deliveries ALL THE TIME) my order was cancelled and returned. WTH!! So I then proceed to ask.. well my zip code is in the local delivery.. can you please make it right, abide by the shipping information posted on your website and deliver it to me today?? Her response.. NO! But if you would like to come to the warehouse to pick it up today you can. I am ONLY giving them one star... because she at least said she would reimburse me (once she received back the item that was cancelled by her delivery driver) and also called me back. Poor customer service, false advertising and just so poorly handled Cents of Style. I hope you read this post and I really and truly hope you tell your delivery drivers that people DO in fact have things delivered to their office buildings they work at and that items can still be delivered to other places besides a home.    Read moreEvery experience I've had with this brand has been negative. Sizing charts are totally off, customer service is very slow/unresponsive, and shipping/delivery is terrible if you are local.
I ordered a few dresses and had to return bc the sizing charts were wrong - the only offer store credit and you pay to ship back. Ok, I can handle that.
I ordered something new with my credit - the quality & fit were terrible. After returning this 2nd order, I never received store credit until I inquired about it. When customer service finally responded, they sent me the wrong code for a lower amount.
After that got straightened out, I tried a 3rd time to order something with this store credit. The "local next day delivery" never delivered my order. I inquired to customer service and they didn't know where my order was. I waited 5 days for an answer with a few follow up emails and had no new information. I finally had to call & leave a voicemail to get an email response. They have no idea where my order is, the local courier isn't responding to them, and they don't have replacements for some of my order in stock. I've responded to them and have yet to hear back about a resolution to this issue.
Either they need to hire more customer service staff to respond promptly or CS just doesn't care. It's been the worst experience I've had with a clothing store/boutique. If I didn't have store credit to use, I wouldn't bother, but since they don't offer refunds, I don't want my money to go to a complete waste. Who knew it could be so hard to buy...

I bought some sweaters as Christmas gifts. I paid $25-40 a piece for them WITH a 50% discount! With that price range in mind, I was expecting superior quality! To my demise, the sweaters look like they were bought from Wish or Alibaba. The fabric was cheap, thin, and the patters were painted on instead of stitched in. The sizing was off and does not look anywhere near as they appear in the pictures. The packaging was also terrible! Also, I have to pay extra just for it to leave the warehouse sooner? This doesn't even affect shipping speed!!!
I reported missing items that I purchased before Christmas. They were quick to reply and I was told to wait another 7 businesses days for it to arrive. I contacted them again but was ghosted. I sent emails, called their office, messaged them on FB - nothing! No reply. A week later I was told I should receive my full refund in 4-5 days. That 5th day is today, still nothing.
This is by far the worst online shopping experience I've had. If you are local, go support a different local clothing line. This is not worth the hassle and continuous...
