ICO Ridge Apartments & Townhomes Lehi — Local services in Lehi

I lived here for about 16 months. They will offer huge discounts to get you to move in and then raise the rent significantly at renewal. They hope the costs of moving prevents you from leaving. Also be sure to document very well when moving out. They will do anything they can to keep your full deposit and then charge you more. The discounts they provide at move in will be taken right back from you at move out in bad faith cleaning and replacement fee's. You can buy a house for the same price in monthly rent and wont have to bow to the corporate overlords. Do yourself a favor .. buy a house!

Edit: The below reply from ICO ridge is a lie. My total costs for living there were increasing 450 dollars a month. The carpet was not significantly damaged I have photo evidence of the condition of the carpets at move out. They did offer for me to participate in the move out walk through on their time without taking my time into consideration and after trying to rush me out of my home days early in an attempt to get it ready for the next tenant that they had promised too early of a move in date.

This is Ivory Homes people. The same company that pushes regulations that drive up the cost of home ownership in Utah so that they are the only ones who can develop new housing.

We were looking for a pet friendly community while we build our house. Contacted ICO ridge and Alisa was very helpful, responsive, informative and patient with us. She made the whole process so easy. We were selling our house had to live in a hotel for a bit so things were chaotic. She kept me informed on the appartment availability, reminded me my to do things, resent links. She made it so easy to navigate through this process. I looked at other places and application process etc and it was all so confusing and time consuming or people were not timely. We were supposed to move in on the 11th Monday but I asked on the 8th (Friday) if there was any chance we could get the keys that day. She and Dusty made it work! It was so much easier to move over the weekend. The place was very clean and maintained. There were couple things that needed to be addressed and when we got with them on Monday they immediately took care of it. What a great service! The response time from these guys is amazing plus it's a beautiful well maintained community. I'm not in a hurry to get to our new house. I really can imagine just living here. ICO Ridge has been a great place to live! Open and spacious concept, stainless steel appliances; if you’re lucky enough to get a corner apartment, apartment access through garage, and a spacious laundry room! Alisa has been amazing, and is always willing and ready to assist with any questions/concerns. Ammenities are great! And common areas/grounds are always well maintained. If you’re living with a rommmate; we lived in a 2 bd/2 bath...the floor plan allowed it to feel like we had our own separate areas that was divided by the common area (livingroom).
